02. Terms & Conditions of Voyage
By confirming a reservation on The Halong Catamaran Escape or The Halong Catamaran Premium, all passengers agree to abide by the following maritime safety regulations and operational terms:
Boarding & Check-in Requirements
All guests must present a valid original Passport or Vietnamese National ID card at Tuan Chau International Port check-in lounge at least 30 minutes prior to departure time (08:30 AM for Morning Daylight Experience / 11:45 AM for Full-Day Luxury Odyssey). Failure to provide valid identification may result in denial of embarkation by Maritime Police without refund.
Onboard Conduct & Safety Guidelines
- Passengers must observe all safety guidelines provided by the Captain and Crew during the pre-voyage briefing.
- Life jackets must be worn during speed boat transfers, kayaking, and water slide activities.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside air-conditioned dining lounges and permitted only in designated outdoor aft deck areas.
03. Payment Methods & Deposit Terms
Reservations can be paid via credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank wire transfer, or secure online checkout link.
- Individual Bookings (1-8 Passengers): Full payment or 50% deposit required at time of booking. Balance paid 24 hours prior to departure.
- Private Charter & Groups (9+ Passengers): 50% deposit upon contract execution; remaining balance paid 7 business days prior to departure.
- Taxes & Service Fees: All published rates include 8% VAT (Value Added Tax) and 5% luxury service charge unless explicitly specified otherwise.
04. Cancellation & Refund Policy
